i almost gave a good review because Lily and Ramazan were good, but my room was in another building, with no lift! and what’s a hotel without a kettle or any AC remote? i expected more for my stay, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice for the trouble. very disappointing experienc overall.

I absolutely loved the Ottoman style decoration that added a unique ambiance to my stay. It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting moment in Istanbul with good value considering the price it charged. The staff went out of their way to serve us a delightful breakfast buffet that made our mornings special. Try to ask for a room in the main building for easier access.
